In 2016 in Kathmandu, Wir haben alles getan, was wir konnten, um den Domainnamen Autistan.org.np zu registrieren, weil Sie einen nationalen Internet-Domainnamen besitzen (länderspezifische Top-Level-Domain, ccTLD) is crucial for our concept of virtual embassies, since it creates a legal link between us and a country.
np.Autistan.org (currently used) is just a subdomain of Autistan.org, it’s not linked legally to Nepal.
We can use any characters to make a subdomain, like “nepal.Autistan.org”, or “whatever.Autistan.org”.
The good news is that it’s impossible to purchase .np domains, because they are – surprisingly – free of charge…
The bad news is that in order to obtain one, you need to have a legal entity with the same name, meaning we have to create a Nepalese association called “Helfen…”: we tried, but it’s REALLY too much difficult for us.

Administrative offices handling associations in Kathmandu

Explanations kindly given to us, but…

List of tasks (impossible for us, as it would also require a bank account, among other major obstacles, including even two recommendation letters…)
